APPLICATION STEPS

A. Starting Point. A minimum of 6 - 8 weeks before your arrival to Valencia. But early registration highly recommended.

0.- Ask us for further information. AIP Language Institute has created a restricted area for participants in our web page where you can consult further information about the program and also about the school (activities organized, location maps, pictures,..). There you will find also the Student's Handbook with detailed information in English. It will help you travelling to Spain, and it has information about meals, budget, climate, safety, etc. Read it carefully and keep it during your stay.

B. Required documents. Once you decide to participate, you may submit the required documents to our local agent or directly to AIP:

1.- Your Resume in Spanish (include a passport photo). Previous studies or work experience has to be sufficiently related to the desired area of work in which the internship should take place.

2.- A Motivation Letter in Spanish describing the type of internship desired. It is important to be flexible realistic and honest as this will facilitate our search for a placement.

3.- The AIP Internship Enrolment form and the application conditions signed. You will find it in the restricted area for participants.

C. The deposit of 150 euros
AIP will analyse and take into account your expectations and possibilities in order to find an internship that suits your needs and interests. Once we confirm you there is a firm interested on you, you will have to pay a deposit of 150 €. This fee is required in order to guarantee the placement and the costs of the search for the internship. The rest of the payment should be made upon you arrive to Valencia.

In the event that our internship coordinators cannot find a position for your requirements, AIP will offer you an alternative. Student will have the right to cancel, and AIP will refund the total cost of the program except bank transfer costs.

D. The confirmation.
A minimum of 2 weeks before your arrival to Valencia.

AIP will provide you a description of your accommodation (if selected) together with a confirmation on your language classes and on the internship in a specified host company.
